Flat Sheet - Low Profile

Manufactured on a 1.0mm flexible GRP sheet

Uncut size 3000 x 1220mm

It is designed to be fixed with adhesive onto all substrates in good order.  It can also be laid onto undulating surfaces and walkways where more robust sheeting may not be applicable.  Low Profile is as physically strong as Standard Sheet and the preferred choice above tapes, giving an almost permanent solution to slip hazards.  It is extensively used in food factories where it can be hygienically laid using a single part sealant; which bonds and seals the edges, thus preventing bug traps.  All sheets are cut to your specification for immediate installation.

Cleat - Low Profile

Manufactured on a 1.0mm flexible GRP sheet

Finished size 600 x 150mm

A low cost, hard wearing, fibre-glass backed instant solution to slippery stairs and walkways.

Flat Sheet - Standard Sheet

Manufactured on a 2.5mm semi rigid GRP sheet

Uncut sizes 3000 x 1250mm (2440 x 1220mm & 3000 x 1220mm – Standard Range)

Standard sheet can be mechanically fixed to problem areas where the substrate is too poor to adhere to.  Standard sheet can be supplied cut to size for installation and can be walked on immediately.

Stair Tread Cover & Landing Cover

Manufactured from special GRP profiled substrates

Uncut sizes 3000mm and 3200mm with depth cut to your requirements & price options available between

151-200, 201-250, 251-300, 301-350mm.  Produced with a downstand of between 15 - 50mm.

Landing/platform covers may also be produced in one piece to a maximum size of 2440 x 1220mm.  All units are cut to your specification for immediate installation.

Stair Nosing & DDA Compliant Stair Nosing

Evergrip produce a GRP nosing specifically designed to comply with the changes made to the Disability Discrimination Act that came into force in October, 2004.  This requires any organization that provides services to the public, to take reasonable steps to ensure that these services are accessible to all customers - no matter what their disability.  Our nosings are produced to a 2mm thickness with a chamfered back edge.  The colour of the nosing is contrasting to its surroundings, therefore reducing slip hazards on step edges.

Ladder Rung Cover

Evergrip ladder rung covers give maximum protection against accidents; particularly effective in wet conditions. They are available in any width with a choice of  ‘U' shaped Round or Square profiles.

Options:

Grit Grade

The grade of grit required is determined by the environment it will be installed in and what traffic will run across it.  The standard grades are Barefoot (grade 40), Pedestrian (grade 24), Industrial (grade 16) or Offshore (grade 12) where the grade refers to the number of granules of aggregate per cm².

Graphics

Graphics of any design can be precisely cut into the sheet to provide for example, safety information or directions and provides for a permanent signage solution.

Colours

Anti-slip is available in three stock colours: Black, yellow & grey (Black & yellow only - Standard Range).  Alternatively, we can manufacture the Anti-slip to any RAL or BS colour to provide a fresh, aesthetically pleasing and harmonious solution to match or contrast with existing décor.

Enhancements & Fixings

The appearance and function of your Anti-slip product may be enhanced with a range of factory applied options.
