The Way We Work

As a company that plays a key role in keeping workplaces and public areas safe, we believe the 'personal touch' is as important as quality, speed and cost when it comes to business success and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in providing a hands-on service that is tailored absolutely to our client's requirements. We aim to provide a working environment for our employees in which team work and personal responsibility are key factors in the growth and profitability of the company. We encourage feedback & involvement through an 'open door' policy for all employees' comments & suggestions.

Staff Training

We strive to maintain a pro-active approach in the training of our staff in order to suitably equip them to perform their tasks safely & competently.

Health & Safety

We employ a full time advisor who is qualified to undertake our Risk Assessment & Method Statements and engage with clients when required, to provide reassurance in all aspects of installation works. The development of policy and procedure actively feeds into the management of the company in all areas of our operations.

Evergrip source raw materials and finished products from ISO 9001 assured suppliers.

Composite products offer significant environmental benefits over their alternatives.  Being durable, light in weight, with good mechanical properties, a long lifespan and not suffering from corrosion, they are low-maintenance when compared to traditional materials.

We are naturally delighted to be able to offer products with such good credentials. We have taken steps within our own organisation to minimise our environmental impact; for example, in the form of waste recycling, reduction in water and electricity consumption. We are also in talks with key suppliers to introduce recycled material into our raw materials. Building on these improvements and formalising our work in these areas is our goal and we are now committed to gain certification to BS8555 and following that, BS EN ISO 14001.
