The Way We Work

As a company that plays a key role in keeping workplaces and public areas safe, we believe the 'personal touch' is as important as quality, speed and cost when it comes to business success and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves in providing a hands-on service that is tailored absolutely to our client's requirements. We aim to provide a working environment for our employees in which team work and personal responsibility are key factors in the growth and profitability of the company. We encourage feedback & involvement through an 'open door' policy for all employees' comments & suggestions.

Staff Training

We maintain a pro-active approach in the training of staff to suitably equip them to perform their tasks safely and competently.

Evergrip has developed and implemented an OHSMS in order to improve our performance, comply with applicable legislation, meet the requirements of the OHSAS 18001:2007, document the company's best business practices and better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers.

We employ a full time advisor who is qualified to undertake this development work, as well as carrying out day-to-day Risk Assessment & Method Statements, engaging with clients when required and providing reassurance in all aspects of installation works. The development of the system and procedures actively feed into the management of the company in all areas of our operations.

Quality Management System (QMS)

Evergrip has developed and implemented a QMS based on the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2008.  This system addresses the design, development, production, installation and servicing of the company's products.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

Composite products can offer significant environmental benefits over alternatives.  Being durable, light in weight, with good mechanical properties, a long lifespan and not suffering from corrosion, they are low-maintenance when compared to traditional materials. We are delighted to be able to offer products with such good credentials.
