Company History

Evergrip is a privately owned company formed in 2001 as a manufacturer and supplier of anti-slip flooring surfaces for industrial & public access areas. Since that time, the business has expanded to include the manufacture, import/export and installation of a broad range of safe access products made predominantly from composite materials:

Evergrip are established within the UK and Europe as a leading supplier to well known distribution and inventory management organisations. Selling the success of high quality products through both direct business and strategic partners into varied market sectors, including manufacturing/industrial plants, local government and infrastructure projects has resulted in steady and consistent growth.

We currently operate from two business units located in close proximity in Selby, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We also have a sister company based in Warsaw, Poland.

Staff Training

We maintain a pro-active approach in the training of staff to suitably equip them to perform their tasks safely and competently.

Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS)

Evergrip has developed and implemented an OHSMS in order to improve our performance, comply with applicable legislation, meet the requirements of the OHSAS 18001:2007, document the company's best business practices and better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers.

We employ a full time advisor who is qualified to undertake this development work, as well as carrying out day-to-day Risk Assessment & Method Statements, engaging with clients when required and providing reassurance in all aspects of installation works. The development of the system and procedures actively feed into the management of the company in all areas of our operations.

Quality Management System (QMS)

Evergrip has developed and implemented a QMS based on the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2008.  This system addresses the design, development, production, installation and servicing of the company's products.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

Evergrip has developed and implemented an EMS in order to improve our environmental performance, comply with applicable legislation, meet the requirements of International Standard ISO 14001:2004, document the company's best business practices and better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers.

Composite products can offer significant environmental benefits over alternatives.  Being durable, light in weight, with good mechanical properties, a long lifespan and not suffering from corrosion, they are low-maintenance when compared to traditional materials. We are delighted to be able to offer products with such good credentials.
